How to Wholesale order :
1. The lists of our products are described in scientific name, common name, trade name, age and size throughout the minimum piece per box. In special condition needed could be informed us to arrange. The common name or trade name is probably dissimilar from another company. However, to look our picture could be definitely confirmed.
2. The ordering report of purchase will be previewed to confirm again. Any change could be revised and corrected immediately on this preview. When finish, arrival date, delivery place or airport, customer address and some remark should be also informed. All customer information must be
confidential.
3. The quotation (price/piece, name, number, packaging cost, tax, and total cost) will be e-mailed or faxed on the address to confirm again by customer signing. Then fax back to us by Tel:+6628929172
4. Any doubtful or question on quotation, could be contacted by phone or email or retrieve through “contact us” menu as well as the ” Contact Amendment” if any products are not delivery.
7. ID customer will be provided after doing the business that is for our database.
8. After the quotation is confirmed, the product will be shipped on exactly date, time and place with also invoice, fish disease and health quarantine from Thai Department of Fisheries attached.
9. Term of payment depends on agreement before order.
Condition :
1) Price
All prices are quoted in FOB Thailand in US Dollars. Minimum
ordering should be 2 boxes and more than 5 boxes of each
purchase , 10% special discount will be grant.
2) Quality & Sizes
All livestock are carefully selected and ensured to be free of
diseases prior to shipping.
3) Quantity per box
Approximate quantity packed per box for each species is indicated on the price list. However , the amount can be varied
depending on flight via airlines routing.
4) Dimensions and Packing&handling Charges
Freshwater Fish : 45 x 60 x 31 Cm. = 0.0837 M3 $USD 5 per box
Weight : < or = 15 kg. per box
5) Documentation
All necessary documents such as Health Certificates, Certificate of Origin, etc will be furnished whenever required for customs
clearance upon your request.

6) Delivery
Dilivery can be affected on the first available flight. However, this
is subject to available of airline space and your confirmation with the
Airline concerned. Kindly note that all freight charges for normal
shipments are executed on collect basis, and prepaid freight
charges, therefore, have to be arranged in advance.
7) Payment
Telegraphic transfer (T.T.) must be directed to following account.

Quarantee and Cliame
We quarantee all live arrivals and will replace normal casualty. In the event of fishes dead on arrival (D.O.A.), It muse be reported immediately. Claims will only be entertained when effected on the same day as the arrival of
shipment. The payment will be deducted or compensate the number of loss fish in the next shipment.
For mortality high above 10%, the airline concerned must be notified upon clearance by filling up a bad order / discrepancy form
for verification.
